The 2006 North Carolina State Fair

Tuesday, October 24th, 2006
The State Fair in Raleigh for 2006 was just as any other year, except more deep fried stuff. 785,956 fair goers had their senses fed at this years version. Next year they will be deep frying the ferris wheel so be sure to check that out!

Raleigh in September 2006

Tuesday, October 3rd, 2006

September in Downtown Raleigh was a month of measurable progress on the construction front. Cranes began popping up as a sign that the quest for a changing skyline has begun. The early days of Fall have ushered in cooler weather and clearer air. We also managed a visit the state capitol for a few photos from the inside. Be sure to leave a comment!
