Last night I was able to catch a few lightning bolts as well as some video of the storm that persistent into the early morning. Here’s a catch from Boylan Ave bridge:
Lightning strikes one of the 2,000 foot tall towers in Clayton, NC, as seen from downtown Raleigh.
Our video made it on CNN and ABC News and Good Morning America. Heres a screen grab and a link:

Well, it sure looks a lot better through the lens of your camera than it did through the windshield of my car on the Beltline that evening… LOL!
