Last time I checked (end of October), they were topping out the 21st floor. So it's easy to see the progress that way. One other thing I meant to respond to as well - I might be one of the few that loves the madness that Peace Street is (sounds like an oxymoron, I know). Or maybe not the few? That picture is awesome! Not to jack the topic here or anything - but I haven't seen anyone point out how the progress with Glenwood South and the area around the West at North and where the Quorum Center is now making for a nice view when you enter the city coming down Capital Blvd. Because of the topography, you really can't see downtown well as you drive in on Capital - although once you get to roughly where Wade Avenue is, it's nice to now see buildings emerging on the skyline where you couldn't see much before. Raleigh is looking good! Keep up the great work, Matt! I always look forward to these - especially more so now that I am out of the area 5 days a week.
