Anyone wonder how our skyline would look if Matt plugged the Charlotte BofA tower in where our lovely edision project will be. That is a good example of a nice looking large tower that we could all be proud of. Then we could all get our hopes up.

Matt,

Your focus on perfection and excellence must be recognized, much like your contribution and hard work. One observation: Site One will be as wide as One Progress Plaza, and if I see your rendering correctly, this means that the Site One buildings need to be stretched a little more towards Fayetteville Street. Check out the developer's website for the "new" renderings. I think Lafayette and Site One (North Tower) will completely block One Hannover Square from this angle. Also, at 410ft, the office tower of The Edison should be barely visible behind One Progress Plaza and Two Progress Plaza. Not much, but it should appear behind the two former towers. I may be mistaken on this, however, if the elevation doesn't allow this. Take in consideration that the main structure of RBC Plaza will top off at 401ft.

It's good to see these long overdue improvements to downtown Raleigh. Too bad the RBC Center was not built there. It would have given people a reason to go downtown.

I've been in DC for nine years now, but Raleigh will always be my hometown. I still miss it.
