Here are the stats I was able to gather:
From work (RTP) to Atlanta, I got 36.1 MB down and 5.0 MB up (I wish I got this kind of speed at home). From my house using RoadRunner, I get 2.85 MB down and 357 KB up. The numbers from home are a little lower than they should be. Our physical cable connection isn’t the greatest, and by jiggling the connector on the wall, we can actually change the bandwidth rate (how weird is that?). It also affects the noise on our TV, which is doubly strange. One of these days we hope to clear that problem up.

4771kb/s down and 334kb/s up here on a standard RoadRunner connection. I really wish that upload speeds were better here.
