Great view from RBC Plaza, and I also liked seeing that picture of Durham.

I think the Louisburg Road angle might be my new favorite Raleigh skyline shot! It really makes the RBC tower a dominant piece in the skyline :D

    Matt,

You always have a surprise for us :) What a treat the shots from the RBC Plaza were. I don’t know how you managed to get up there, but regardless, the views from RBC Plaza were simply OUTSTANDING!!! Thanks for the wonderful collection you provided for us this week.

YES! You have managed to capture what urbanity we do have here from bird’s-eye views. We can really get a good look on downtown’s development towards the west and north – the south and east have some work to do.

Phenomenal series this week. If I were the valet guy at the Mint, I don’t think I could resist taking that orange lambo for a quick cruise around the block :-P

Great pictures from the Salute Our NC Troops event!

  15. Todd wrote:

That orange lambo is Mario Williams car, you know….Defensive End for the Houston Texans. He stays in Raleigh during his off season.

  16. Lee wrote:

Actually, Mario owns a house in the Hills Of Rosemont subdivision, which is in Chatham county but has a Cary address.

I’ve already made a reservation at the Mint for a couple Saturdays from now, when we’ll be visiting. Looks like a nice place!
;-) Oh, and yes, the pictures are AWESOME as always. Thanks!

Somehow you got a picture of my lambo!!! Jk.. Great pics once again. Also how did you get that durham picture?? That is some zoom you have on that camera.

BB&T would sure look better if it didn’t have those green window blinds have of which are up and half down. Picture six shows how they look.
