It looks like they were trying to replicate an art-deco style, however, it wasn't executed very well. The lighting scheme on the building leaves a lot to be desired, and I really don't like the green structure on the roof. But, all in all, I think it is an interesting building. Raleigh doesn't have the downtown drive that Charlotte has with new buildings going up everywhere you look. So let's just be content with what we do have. Love it or hate it, it will be part of our skyline until something bigger is built to block it out. I also think that Two Hanover is an interesting building.
