June marks the 15th anniversary of RaleighSkyline.com. When I started the website, the internet was a different place- as was I. What was a repository to share my Raleigh photography eventually became the backbone of my own business.

My first skyline image of Raleigh was from the top of DH Hill Library in 2000. While I'm generally a stills photographer, I occasionally capture or have enough material to create time lapses of my subjects. To commemorate 15 years of RaleighSkyline.com, I spent the last several months combing through tens of thousands of source images to compile some of my favorite moving images of downtown Raleigh from 2004 onward. The following work represents mostly never before seen time lapse videos in 4k.

I've also decided to experiment with Patreon and Facebook subscriptions for those that would like to support my photography and may not want to purchase prints or have a need to license images. With both my wife and I running small local businesses and with two young boys, our family appreciates your support.

Thank you, Matt Patreon Link
